Introduction
The Third ISDEV International Development Management Conference aims to achieve the following objective:
To provide a platform and opportunities for investors policy makers, regulatory bodies, researchers, academicians, graduate students and others from all over the world to engage on an intellectual discourse on Islamic Capital Market; To identify challenges and opportunities for development of Islamic Capital Market domestically and internationally; To explore new issues of current trends of Islamic Capital Market.
Rational
There are still many shortcomings and challenges in Islamic capital market industry even after it has experienced phenomenal growth in recent years.

First, certain shariah principles that applied in financial instruments are still debatable and rejected by other Islamic countries which reflects the low number in transactions.

Second, the existing regulatory bodies locally and internationally do not help much in improving the delivery system.

Third, the issues of islamization in capital market industry also reveals the philosophical differentiation between Islamic and conventional theoretical framework. This conference will attempt to explore the latest trends and developments and offer forward-looking insights into key Islamic Capital Market issues.

2. Legislation which related with the products, regulatory bodies and institutions.
3. Equities financing in Islamic capital market.
4. Sukuk financing in Islamic capital market.
5. Derivative market in Islamic capital market.
6. Islamic capital market issues and challenges.
7. Sustainability of Islamic capital market (in term of products and services, marketing, and regulation).
8. Other related issues.

Student : RM 100 / USD50
Standard : RM 400 / USD150
All registration fees are payable by cheque / bank draf / postal order and should be made payable to "ISDEV" and must be sent to organizer via post.

* The registration fee includes workshop, materials, lunches and refreshments.
Conference Procedure
1. Paper submitted to the workshop must be original and have not been submitted, presented or published in any other academic meetings and publications.
2. Abstract and full paper must be send via-email. Acceptance of the paper will also be sent via the same.
3. The length of the full paper must not exceed 15 single space pages, excluding tables and figures. The typeface used should be Times New Roman font 12pt (APA format) with
1 inch margin on the left and the right of the page.
4. The title page must clearly indicates :
